Notice of Your Financial Privacy Rights

At Southeast National Bank, the basis for each customer relationship, many of which span a number of decades, is trust. You have chosen to do business with us, and we are obligated to honor that relationship with great care, beginning with the information you have chosen to share with us. We believe that your privacy should not be compromised. At the same time, we want to offer you an array of financial products and services you need to accomplish your financial goals. We believe we can do both.

We, our, and us, when used is this notice, mean Southeast National Bank.

This is our privacy notice for our customers. When we use the words "you" and "your," we mean the following types of customers:

Our consumer customers who have a continuing relationship by purchasing or holding financial products or services such as a(n):

  • Safe deposit box
  • Retail installment contract we hold and service

Our Internet Website

We do not collect nonpublic personal information from visitors to the Southeast National Bank website. All visitors remain anonymous. Visitors may elect to provide us with nonpublic personal information via email or our feedback form. This information is used internally, as appropriate to handle the sender's request and manage the Southeast National Bank website. It is not disseminated or sold to other organizations. Visitors should, however, keep in mind that email is not secure and others may have access to their transmissions. We do NOT disclose any information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law. Examples of this might include disclosures necessary to service your account or prevent unauthorized transactions.

The bank is prohibited from disclosing account numbers to third parties for telemarketing, direct mail marketing, or electronic mail marketing, even with the consent of the customer (except that account numbers may be shared with credit bureaus, checkbook companies, companies that provide our payment coupon booklets, and companies that provide our ATM and debit cards).

The Confidentiality, Security, and Integrity of Your Information

We restrict access to information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect this information.

We do not disclose information about former customers, except as permitted by law.
