Mike Ducey has 20 years of mortgage lending experience in the Quad Cities.  Whether you are a first-time home buyer, need a construction loan, or are settling into your lifelong home, Mike has the experience and know-how to get you through the entire financing process. He specializes in 1-4 residential mortgage loans, first-time buyer loans, new construction loans, rehabilitation loans, and refinance and purchase transactions.

Mike’s advice for new customers is to “Ask questions! Make sure your lender knows your goals when it comes to your transaction. Mortgages are not one-size-fits-all. Tell your story so your lender can design the best options for your needs.”

Outside of Work

Mike lives in Moline with his wife, Stefanie, and their four children. He’s the Head Men’s Volleyball Coach at Augustana College.
